30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in substantially the same condition as received.

  • The item must not have been intentionally damaged, modified, or misused.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law or approved by Transport Goods, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
